I just wanted to write to compliment the three engineers on their work ethic and the way they conducted themselves during the works whilst on site at our premises this last week or more. The works were completed ahead of schedule and it was a pleasure to work with Adam, Dave and Lee. Please convey my thanks to them for a job well done.

Steve Lockyer from Boots Distribution in Houghton Regis, Dunstable called Accord’s switchboard to leave a congratulatory message for our Chairman and MD.
Mr Lockyer wished to convey his sincere thanks for the quality of customer service provided by our engineer, David Wells, who responded to a call from Boots warehouse over the weekend.  Mr Lockyer stressed how helpful and courteous David is, and not only did he resolve the problem for which he had been called-out, but also offered to help with a problem affecting another lift and repaired that as well !  Mr Lockyer was at pains to emphasise “how refreshing it had been to see the extra effort David had made and how greatly it was appreciated by me and all my staff”.

On behalf of Waterloo Housing Association and also the Gerald Honey Partnership, I am writing to thank Accord lift Services for carrying out an excellent refurbishment at MacGregor Tithe.
All at Waterloo Housing Association, including the Building Manager of MacGregor Tithe, were happy with the works and also very happy with the engineers on site, particularly Stuart Brown, who was both efficent and polite.
We would also like to thank Ashley Boodhoo, the Accord Field Manager, responsible for the works, who ensured that the works went without a hitch and actually finished one week ahead of schedule.
